I am a consultant, particularly in the Food & Fiber sectors, where I have a great deal of experience.

I work with you in developing full use of primary product and global value chain strategy through to in-market development.

In this role I undertake fixed term consultancies focused on a specific project or issue.

I have been involved in most of New Zealand’s primary sectors, including the farming, harvesting, or collecting of primary product. I have managed primary production factories and added-value processing and sales & marketing of customer specific product to the international marketplace.

Much of the business I have been involved with has been focused on business growth into new markets, market sectors or development into new technologies rather than ‘business as usual’.

I have also been involved in the hospitality industry as a chef and as an owner of a catering company.

This means I have a good understanding of the “Gate to Plate” value channels to international markets.
